An area of intense volcanic activity, it has rightly earned its name 'Sulphur City' with impressive bubbling mud pools, exploding geysers and evidence of geothermal activity practically everywhere you look.
But Rotorua is not only known for what lies below. Rotorua has the richest Maori Culture in New Zealand and is a great place to experience a Maori Concert and partake of a traditional Hangi banquet.
All rates/packages are current (NZD) at the time of publication . All prices are current prices and are inclusive of GST at the rate of 12.5%. We reserve the right to make changes to our prices without notice.
In order to confirm a reservation we require a deposit of $100. The deposit can either be made in the form of bank transfer, bank cheque or credit card details and expiry date. Final payment of 100% is required 7 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival will be accepted with credit card details or bank transfer.
In the event we are unable to re-place a cancelled booking the following charges apply:
While operators will make every effort to accommodate your desired booking time and date, you may be asked to wait until a opening becomes available. We advise that you make bookings at least 21 days in advance, or further for peak dates such as weekends or holiday periods. Bookings shall not be considered confirmed until you receive confirmation in writing.
Babymoon Limited reserves the right to reschedule the timing or location of any activity, possibly at short notice, owing to the availability of any activity, the booking numbers or any other factor which is beyond the control of Babymoon Limited. Should this be the case, you will be contacted as soon as practicable.
If in these circumstances, a suitable alternative is not available, you will be entitled to a full refund for the service or activity. However, Babymoon Limited will not reimburse any travelling or other incidental expenses incurred. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
Participating in some activities may involve an element of risk.. The Babymoon team can provide further information on activities if you are in doubt. However, ultimately the operators have control of the activity on the day, over which Babymoon Limited has no influence. Whilst it is required for all operators to hold public liability and/or third party insurance you should make independent enquiries as to the need to acquire your own insurance cover.
Some activities are subject to restrictions regarding the age, health or weight of participants. Your booking confirmation contains all restriction details and you are advised to read these as soon as possible. If, at the sole discretion of the operator, you are deemed unfit or unable to participate safely in all or any part of the activity, the operator reserves the right to withdraw you from the activity on the grounds of your own safety or that of others. In these circumstances, you will not be entitled to a refund or to re-book. Nor will Babymoon Limited be able to reimburse any traveling or other incidental expenses incurred.
You are required to notify Babymoon Limited of any relevant medical condition(s) at the time of booking.
When your Babymoon package is booked, Babymoon Limited will record your personal details, these will be held and passed to the accommodation provider and activity operators of your package for the purposes of administration and processing.
As detailed on the booking form or during the booking call, you will be asked whether we may telephone you after your Babymoon for the purpose of collecting customer feedback and suggestions. The telephone call will be made during reasonable hours and will take place or continue only with your express consent.
Babymoon Limited will also ask you whether you wish to receive correspondence concerning other products and services offered by Babymoon Limited and it's trading partners. Such correspondance will only take place with your consent.
All the above terms and conditions apply as a condition of booking a Babymoon package, whether or not the participant is the original purchaser. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall reflect your statutory rights as a consumer.
